TL;DR I agree bringing back the team, thanks!

I agree with the general idea that PSC should get more and more work
on their shoulders.
However, I don't think it's a situation where forcing things can help.

If some PSCs can handle the reviews by themselves, awesome! I am not
aware of specific issues that happened, but if I happen to do
something that a PSC doesn't agree with, please don't hesitate to say
so! I am sure this also applies to other people in the team.
