We're thinking of the following strategy to move the modules to OCA:
1. One module at a time
2. Push to 9.0, if the dependent modules are already in 9.0. The reason is that 9.0 is now the main branch, and as this is a new feature, it can help better promote the use of the new version.
3. Once merge to 9.0 is completed, backport to 8.0 and 7.0

Please let me know your thoughts.
