it would be better to do it in another thread otherwise we won't know
for who will be the +1

Plus, as I do have seen a lot Antonio on many projects, I know he will
be welcomed in multiple PSC.

But...

you should say for which PSC, you want him in.
There are many PSC (see teams here: https://github.com/orgs/OCA/teams)

And, you should provide some more informations, about his
contributions at least the repositories in relation with the PSC
application, not every body works on the same projects.
