Hello Peter,

I don't think there's something doing this in the OCA (maybe in odoomrp,
though, I only checked in ported addons on stock-logistics-workflow and
stock.logistics-warehouse)

Such an addon would certainly be welcome. I'd put in
stock-logistics-workflow. As for the name, maybe
procurement_supplier_filter?
