The mailing list only gets emails from members. So probably needs to subscribe with new email/edit partner record etc.

I think that the problem is that this mailing list doesn't filter its outgoing messages through SRS. Thus, some mails will go to spam always.

Similar behavior can be achieved by just configuring Odoo properly.
