Dear community, due to having validation steps concerning sales orders or stock movement.

internal users are expecting an email or a notification based on an event or a change in ORM like model status.

In some cases the notification is not sent automatically due to not following the expected workflow.

The need for a standalone module to manage notifications system based on domain or ORM activity like create, update, delete of any record in the database.

That's why I introduce this new module that is still with final touches, and I am happy to have your review and comments:
