The text contents of the modules are already in english. The only
localization available currently in v14 and v16 are belgium and
spain. There is no english localization so far.

The cooperative modules are not yet available in v18. They are available in v16, and there is an ongoing work to port them to v17.
So you could either do the porting yourself to v18, but you have to get in contact with the developer porting to v17 to synchronize with them. We could also do the porting for you, in this case you can contact me directly : victor@coopiteasy.be
Moreover, depending on your use case, you might need a localization module for your country.
