Hello Jan,

If the meeting notes are related to project progress, you can use the project update feature on the project card to record project progress meetings. This feature allows for collaborative editing by multiple users.
If the meeting notes are unrelated to projects, you can create a new meeting schedule (calendar.event) and record the notes within it.

hello,
I think the other method would be through the knowledge module
making an article and limiting visibility or trash as needed

Hi!
In Odoo 15.0 we used the module Notes to take meeting notes and share it
within the team. In 18.0 Notes got replaced by To-Do. Even though it is
technically still possible to use it for meeting notes, it doesn't feel
good mixing notes with to-dos in the same module. Do you have any
recommendation where to store and share meeting notes?
Best regards
Jan
