Hello Jan,
If the meeting notes are related to project progress, you can use the project update feature on the project card to record project progress meetings. This feature allows for collaborative editing by multiple users.
If the meeting notes are unrelated to projects, you can create a new meeting schedule (calendar.event) and record the notes within it.
