Re: European Union One-Stop-Shopby
I was planning to use this module as a starting point: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/tree/14.0/addons/l10n_eu_service
So the standard italian report will clearly identify VAT by country, the next step of sending data will be done by the advisor.
The selection of the fiscal position is so automated by country, but not by B2C/B2B (little coding needed here).
What planned implementation would do?

Hi Frederik, thank you for your prompt reply. We were planning to divide the solutions in two steps.Step 1: Tax mapping, difference between B2B and B2C... As you said, this can be general and common for all EU countries.Step 2: Country localization reporting according the Spanish VAT laws. This one is going to be different.Did you publish any PR where we could contribute? Our idea was to create a PR in fiscal-rule OCA repository.El jue, 10 jun 2021 a las 12:42, Frederik Kramer (<email@example.com>) escribió:Hi Harald, yes this is what we are currently working on as well. However even after studying most of the law baseline in Germany there are a couple of questions we need to discuss with our tax adivsory. For now it seems that pretty much everything concerning the per use case tax mapping (including country code selection base) and differentiation between B2B and B2C use cases can be done with configuration and little coding but as the OSS authority collecting the collected VAT is different in each member state and there seems to be NO common reporting standard format, for now we thing of creating a manual report that can than filled into the ELSTER portal (of he German authorities). Maybe we could jointly start a list of open issues that need to be solve european wide. BTW: We only adresse B2B and B2C use cases with delivery from member state (germany) to member state (EU-27) and without IOSS market place special requirement or drop shipping via Amazon Global fullfilment or alike Best Frederik Am Donnerstag, den 10.06.2021, 10:27 +0000 schrieb Harald Panten Lopez: > Hi Community, > > As you know, a major tax change will be implemented shortly (1st of > July) that will affect all EU countries. > > More info: > https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/business/vat/oss_en > > For the newest versions, (from V14) Odoo is planning a "kind of > solution", but what happens with older versions?
