Hi all,

I would like to step down from the PSC of l10n-belgium. I rarely contribute to this repository. I would like to suggest Rémy Taymans (remytms) as a replacement. He has been active in the community since 7 years and has done a lot of work on the migrations of our databases involving belgium-localized accounting.
