As Sergio said, here in Italy is a mandatory law and all companies have to print the Year End Closing on the fiscal book. When I used Odoo 7.0, I updated the OCA module to meet Italian Law and I have not (yet) migrated this module because I believed that OCA would had developed a new module to meet this law.
