Some of them have test API environments or keys provided by the provider API. With this one for example: https://github.com/OCA/l10n-spain/tree/14.0/delivery_gls_asm or this other one: https://github.com/OCA/delivery-carrier/tree/14.0/delivery_cttexpress (see tests)
