Hello Marco,
The issue was you had two profiles in the system, one fully correct for the ICLA from what you had sent earlier in the month and the other with only a small amount of info but had at some stage been synced so that one was feeding through to github.
All sorted now. Please try again and let me know if you have any further issues.
