Magento Job runner Example Config File V8

Hi Guys
I am just about to switch a working Magento Odoo V8 connector over to use the Job Runner so that I can switch on Multi threading for Odoo.
I have seen the page about the configuration. However I was wondering if anybody had a V8 config file that is working.
that I could use as an example?
I am running this on Ubuntu 16.04. 4 core processor with 4 GB memory
