Timeout Synchronize Metadata

Hi, we added a new website to our magento store, therefore I wanted to resync the Metadata. When I press the “Synchronize Metadata” button, I see in the log files that it makes call to magento, but it does not finish it (). The funny thing is that the rest of the syncing works fine, only the metadata sync at the moment does not seem to work. Do you guys have any ideas on what I can do to fix that? Regards, Michael
