Hello,

Tu's answer is correct, you have to change the "Days before cancel" options in the payment method's configuration (but you can set '0' to have an infinite delay). The default configuration is 30 days, meaning that sales orders that have not been paid since 30 days are considered as canceled orders and thus not imported.

  • Update the field "Days before cancel" of all Payment methods to 10,000 to import all the sample sale orders which are created in 2013. You will find the list of Payment method in the menu Sales > Configuration > Sales > Payment methods.
Note: you may want to remove the value of the field "Import Sale Orders since" of all "store views" to re-import all the sale orders again.

All data are already done except ‘Sales Order’. We had spend a whole week to solve this but still get nothing to detect a problem.
