That's what I was lookong for! There's some interest within the Bots community, although work has not yet started.

I contacted them some mo ths ago. The approach is good (standarized connector with Odoo + external EDI mapping). They specialize in EDI mapping across multiple platforms. They will offer you to transform from/to any format with a relatively low initial fee + pay per message. The downside is that it is a propietary solution.
