Hello James,

In Spain we use this module [1] as part of our localization developments, but it requires a manual import from the bank. I was not aware of Plaid, but indeed it seems quite interesting. I wonder if the Spanish banks are supported, but anyway I think this could be a good contribution to OCA.

I have had my development team build a plaid banking api to import our bank statements into odoo. 
Just like what odoo enterprise has but we built it with Plaid's new api. I was wondering 
what everyone else is using to import there bank statements. And if the community would like to use this app?
Now Plaid is not free but they will give you a testing account for life and you can connect up to 100 live bank accounts. If there was enough interest in the OCA  maybe we would all contribute and upgrade to the production account and have it free for everyone. Just wondering what your thoughts on this are!
