In this talk we’ll demonstrate how to develop and contribute a custom module that integrates Cetmix Tower with a hosting provider or external tool such as AWS or Proxmox.

Since Cetmix Tower is open-source and is built and maintained following OCA coding standards and tools, this talk will showcase how to apply OCA coding patterns in third-party projects throughout the development process.

Although not a developer by background Ivan brings a wealth of real-life experience gained from working in the steel mill and construction industries.

He first encountered Odoo back in 2013 when it was OpenERP 7.0 and launched his first project with Odoo 8.0 as a client the next year.

Impressed by Odoo’s flexibility and vast potential, Ivan delved deeper into the platform which led to him publishing a series of modules on the Odoo App Store in 2017 purely out of curiosity.

The unexpected success led to the opening of the dedicated IT company Cetmix, and becoming an Odoo partner.gave a significant boost to its rapid growth.
