Louvain-la-Neuve OCA Days 2018

The Odoo Community Association is going to host the 2018 OCA Days on Oct. 1st and 2nd in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, just before the Odoo Experience.
What will we do in this event?
During this event experts in Odoo from around the world gather for two days to share their experiences with Odoo. The event welcomes both on-site as well as remote participants!
These events are very popular, and we are seeing about a hundred of on-site participants, and a great number of remote participants as well.
This year, you will find 3 tracks:
- Discussing Track (30 min)
- Training Track (1.5h)
- Coding/Reviewing/Translating T

If selection needs to be made, we will favor OCA-related topics for newcomers.
Based on the responses received we will complete the Agenda.
Coding/Reviewing/Translating Track
In this Track participants work together to improve Odoo and OCA modules by testing, bugfixing, translating or proposing new features. These tracks generally last for the whole two days and offer an opportunity to move a project forward.
Good examples could be: Github Bot improvements, MIS builder port to v12, Review logistics PRs, Your first OCA contribution, etc..

Training Track
The purpose of this track is to help train people in one specific sets of modules or practices. Trainers also explain how to use OCA modules, or how to contribute to the OCA.
Good examples could be: OCA review process, DDMRP functional intro, Queue job technical introduction, Use OCA cms_form to build webpage, etc.

If you are familiar with some of the modules and would like to participate, please send an email to odooexperiencesprint@odoo-community.org indicating which Topic you'd like to provide training on.
Discussion Track
In this Track participants will be able to openly discuss subjects of their choice with people interested in it. This is meant to be a a kind of debate.
Good examples could be: Implementation method of SMEs, What would be the future of the XY project/module, Best approach to deploy Odoo, etc

The physical location of the Event will take place in the Hotel ibis Styles Meeting Center Louvain la Neuve
