2nd - 4th October | OdooXP booth and talk, Belgium
The OCA community will be present at the next Odoo Experience 2024 event in Belgium, just after the OCA Days.
We are excited to share that we will get more attention this year as we have BOTH a stand (as usual) and a talk (that's new!).

OCA Update
Odoo Technical Training by the OCA: preview on 23rd September
We are trying out new services for the community. One of them is a technical training on Odoo Basics, for new Odoo developers who want to learn the fundamentals of excellent Odoo development and learn the good practices to contribute to the OCA in the long run.
The initial schedule was planned to start in September but we have decided to postpone it to October to promote it better, in particular during the coming events where the whole community will be gathered.
10 Sessions of 2 hours each
2 Sessions per week
20 participants maximum
To get a preview on the Training content and to make sure it will suit your needs, we have organised a session with Daniel Reis who will share the benefits participants can expect from joining this training.

OCA Open Live Sessions
We've had monthly Open Live Sessions since May.
These sessions are open to anyone to join and ask questions, get clarity, offer suggestions about the OCA.

Great Tool at the OCA
OCA Greats Apps & Modules Series
We started a series of blog post to promote the "must have" OCA Apps
The goal is to make the Odoo world aware of the awesome features built by the OCA contributors over the last 10 years and to publicly thank them for their amazing work and dedication.
The first modules were selected by the OCA functional working group based on their expertise in Odoo implementation. We also thank them for their contributions!

Indian OCA Days | 28th September
Following the success of our booth at Odoo Community Days in India we are running an OCA Days India 2024 on Saturday 28th September.
There are talks to help with contributing, how to use the Indian Localisation and a number of sprint topics. Technical and Functional profiles are warmly encouraged to attend.
