Create solutions for and assign them to Helpdesk Tickets
Usage
3 Buttons are added into the form view of helpdesk ticket.
Action Buttons:
- Create Solution: Create the solution and reference it with the current Ticket
- Search Solution: Search the solution with given Title, Description, Category or Tags
Smart Buttons:
- Helpful Solutions: Show referenced Solutions of this Ticket
By Using of the button "search solution" or "helpful solutions" you will get a list of solutions
- Select one or more solutions
- Using the button "Add Solutions" or "Remove Solutions" in the pulldown menu "Action" to add or remove the reference between tickets and solutions
Configuration
- Edit, Delete or create solutions.
