Hi Jean Marc,

You can adopt the approach followed by Daniel Reis, handling interventions as issues. See a description of the work here:

The modules are currently found here:
service_desk
service_desk_issue
project_sla

You would need on top of this the ability to:
- Create sales orders / invoices based on Issues completed.
- Define a schedule for interventions

Business need is :
  • plan/schedule interventions of (team of) employees
    with recurring interventions (every monday morning, every week, every month, ...)
  • trace the interventions (done, not done, + extra information)
  • invoice interventions (without timesheet, based on fixed price on intervention)
The project modules are too heavy to use because they need to create one project/one task for every intervention
And there is no function to plan recurring interventions
