Re: ODOO POS ORDER RETURN
Version 10 return to credit card
by Michael Allen <mallen@ursainfosystems.com> - 10/07/2018 20:17:16Hi everyone,
I am in the process of setting up a POS system for a customer on version 10 of Odoo and I've run in to a limitation that I am looking for a work around for. We are using the Mercury module for credit card processing. When we attempt to perform a return in POS and select the credit card payment method, the tendered amount is automatically set to 0 and the change amount to whatever the refund amount would be. The tendered amount is not editable so simply editing the values to swap them is not an option and I'm not entirely sure if doing so would work anyways. Has anyone been able to come up with a work flow to have the refund amount returned to the credit card instead of it being treated like change?
Thanks,
Michael Allen
