[9.0] Reopening validated incoming shipments

Hello,
On version 7, 3 modules allowed us to reopen a PO, a picking and a supplier invoice to adjust their quantities and prices.
I am wondering how you deal with this scenario on version 8 or 9? Have the features or modules been migrated somewhere?
Any feedbacks would be greatly appreciated.
