I don't know any module for that task, but it shouldn't be a difficult task, except adjusting to the label format (if it's in a grid), because of the nature of the report generation.

I am looking for a module on version 8 which would provide a report on the incoming shipment.

The report would have the product labels times the quantity so the operator can print and stick the label on each product.

Do you know if it already exists somewhere? Should I anticipate any technical problem if it must be developed?
