I just created a PR on stock-logistics-workflow, as this is the only repo mentionned by everyone here.

https://github.com/OCA/stock-logistics-workflow/pull/181

It will at least allow Travis and Runbot to test the module in an OCA repo, even if I have to move it to another repo later :)
