Daniel, your proposal lets again without host for contract related modules. What do you think about renaming from vertical-service to project-contract for keeping the scope of the repo plus don't need a new repo. Or are you suggesting we should create again another repo called contract?

The OCA /contract repo is still there, although it's inactive.
Contract related features moved and are hosted at OCA/project-service.
This was discussed and agreed here: https://github.com/OCA/contract/blob/master/README.md.

Of course, if new additions are proposed that justify it we could easily reactivate it, but It hasn't been the case yet.
