Personally, I don't have a problem with 38 (or 100) modules. I don't
think "finding the right module" is a problem that we should address
with repo organization (a simple external list will do, or the web
interface of odoo, or odoo apps, or something). For v9 we'll be able
to reopen the old debate on having one repo per module (and git
subtrees) or not.
