Don't worry about this. It's going to happen sometimes. It's due Travis itself pushing POT files, translations, or README to GitHub, which makes extra commits, and sometimes depending on the timing, it makes to reject one of them, but if you look at builds history, you will see that there's other CI build launched after the failed one that is going to complete remaining steps.
