If downtime is needed to perform checks, we should warn p+eople through the ML and Twitter.

Dear all, We have been suffering lately from unstability of the odoo-community.org server which hosts * our main instance and its database * the databases of the runbots * the weblate translation instance (not live as of now) * serveral scripts. From our end, the server becomes unreachable from the network, and rebooting it is normally enough to get the service back, but this is very annoying. The logs show nothing suspicious, the monitoring of the CPU / Network load neither. I've run S.M.A.R.T. diagnoses of the HDD which passed without errors. This could be a RAM issue which is not something I can test easily. I've asked our hoster to run some hardware checks. This will probably result in another downtime, and I'll try to keep you informed of this.
