Dear contributors,

I'm glad to announce that the 11.0 branches for all the OCA repositories have been created.

This time, we have decided to change the method, providing empty branches with only basic metafiles on them. The advantages of this method are:

* The branch is lighter while the modules are not migrated. 
* You only see the modules actually migrated.
* You can reduce the number of translation commits while migrating.
* Unported modules across versions will be automatically removed as they are not migrated.

The only disadvantage I see is that each PR will contain all the commit history, but GItHub allows now to review single commits, so it's something that reduces these cons.

Any way, the procedure for extracting this history is the same as in previous versions. You can check it in https://github.com/OCA/maintainer-tools/wiki/Migration-to-version-11.0.
