I already booked everything under the impression that everything was confirmed.

Now there's the seed of doubt planted :))

do you have this information from upper management. (Sometimes
information is not well spread in Odoo S.A., according to my
experience). To be honest i personally see no very reason to stay in
that rather expensive Hotel if Odoo Experience is not taking place in 
accordance with that Code Sprint. Maybe the OCA board has better
information in any regards ? If i am not totally wrong they announced a
date for the 2017 experience already last year.

Nothing seems so stable as the change ;-)
