HI,

For https://github.com/OCA/server-tools/pull/615, we should create an oca.api python package. . This new python library would provide functionalities under the namespace oca.api .. where oca is a namespace package.
A new repo named oca-api would be nice...

We have decided that we should use the package namespace `oca`, but I don’t know if this is a good namespace for our repo. 

I propose either `oca-lib`, or `py-oca`. Any thoughts?
