Current features:
* Allow to create a project in JIRA from Odoo
* Import JIRA issues in Odoo (+allow to filter which issue types we

* Import JIRA worklogs in Odoo
* Syncs are nearly instantaneous thanks to webhooks on JIRA and the queue job

It's still in development but quite usable for a demo.

I propose to open a new repository OCA/connector-jira (like we have
connector-magento or connector-prestashop).
