Hi All,

I would like to nominate myself as the OCA Representative of Vertical Medical, with Nhomar taking my place as a PSC Member. 

This repo has been my baby since v8, and my team is seeing it all the way through 10 while more than doubling the amount of modules along the way.

Furthermore, my team are the only reviewers active in this repo at this time.

All this said, I believe that this switch of leadership would be a good idea so that I begin to take an even more active role in the progress of this project.
