Creating 10.0 branches on the OCA projects

Dear contributors,

during the codesprint, Pedro Baeza and me have been working on the
maintainer tool that creates the branches for the new Odoo series. For
10.0, there is the complication that imports from openerp.osv and such
are obsolete. We suggest to rename the __openerp__.py manifest file to
__unported__.py so that the Odoo server will not attempt to load these
modules, as this would break server startup.

See https://github.com/OCA/maintainer-tools/pull/227 for the suggested
change. After this is merged, we can start generating the 10.0 branches.
