this connector.

Odoo PrestaShop Connector
----------------------------------------
This module connects Odoo and PrestaShop.

PrestaShop (http://www.prestashop.com/) is a popular e-commerce platform
written in PHP/MySQL and published under the Open Software licence v3.0.

This module allows the synchronization of the following objects from
PrestaShop to Odoo:

    Websites
    Stores and languages
    Carriers
    Product categories
    Products
    Combinations of products
    Partner categories
    Customers

Once these objects are synchronised, it will allow the import of sales
orders, together with the related customers.

As an extra feature, you can also export the stock quantities back to
PrestaShop.

If you want to export from Odoo to PrestaShop changes made on the products,
product categories or product images, you need to install
connector_prestashop_catalog_manager module in this same repository.

This connector supports PrestaShop version up to 1.6.11. Maybe later
versions are also supported, but they haven't been tested. It uses the
webservices of PrestaShop.

Catalog Manager for Odoo PrestaShop Connector
----------------------------------------

This module is an extension for connector_prestashop. With it, you will be
able to manage your catalog directly from Odoo:

    Create/modify attributtes and values in Odoo and push then in
PrestaShop.
    Create/modify products and push them in PrestaShop.
    Create/modify products variants and push them in PrestaShop
(combinations).
    Create/modify category and push them in PrestaShop.
    Create/modify image and push then in PrestaShop.

Hello,

the prestashop connector is project is in quite a bad state. I've been asked
(on IRC) about how to get things moving in there.

Currently the PSC representative is Sebastien Beau, and the other member is
Arthur Vuillard. There have been no real updates on this project since the
beginning of 2016 (apart from technical updates and mass commits). Yet there
are some pull requests, which get reviewed by the cross functional team
(which maybe lacks some specific Prestashop related skills to actually merge
the proposals, which I find perfectly understandable).

The first question I think is: Sebastien, Arthur, do you still have interest
in this project?

The second point is: I'd like to propose the following OCA contributors as
members of the PSC:

* Florian Dacosta (https://github.com/florian-dacosta)
* Florent Thomas (https://github.com/flotho) (as he's been working on a
migration on https://github.com/flotho/connector-prestashop)
* Pedro Baeza (you know him... He also has a active fork)
