This too topic are very very important.

because in my opinion the priority is in terms of the objective.

Our objective is not have "contributor" our objective is:

1.- Have great and solid modules.
2.- Throught great contributors.
3.- To help people to become good contributors.
4.- To achieve the relief generation.
5.- Growth as a solid community.
5.- Start again with 1.

If we started with 3 will become so hard to achieve the main one . But that's my vision only I am not generalizing.
