But honestly I use (without notice it) this concept internally, and really I have something like 2 weeks bringing green 2 projects because I was "optimistic" in more than 2 dozen of PR (even 2 including Odoo's ones).

I think we need to be more precise in some points, and make some tests in some specific projects and make a PoC with it, then we can replicate the experience to others.

We have projects where PM is mandatory and others where OM is mandatory, can we have different strategies?

We need also as group to understand that it is not a matter of good or bad maybe if we have a set of proper answers to avoid trolling and bad feelings can help, because almost all new contributors are even new in odoo, and they want help, learning in the process, it does not mean that being OM will help them (even can harm a lot of people).

One of things I love of the process we have now, is that we can almost merge to our customers repositories almost with the eyes closed, with a OM I fear it will become the opposite.

Let's try it and make a fine tune in the middle.!
