The point is (and talking a little more serious) that this kind of questions do not help anybody, and simply I "feel " like you want the job done without respect other's people time.

it is not a matter of have or not have the time or the link, it is a matter that you make questions in the wrong way (may be I am a crazy guybut it is my PoV).
