Re: Follow-up for specific product e-Commerce

Hi Marco,

We curently do that using standard ecommerce email feature : an email is 
automaticaly sent to the customer upon validating or abandoning his basket. 
Our email template is heavily customised of course. For example if a very 
heavy product is bought, the text is totaly different. It is enough for us.
