Hello Cyril

There is an easy solution with vdirsyncer and a caldav/carddav server (like 
Nextcloud Agenda for instance). It's a bit «hacky» but works very well for me 
and my few employees. See https://vdirsyncer.pimutils.org/

The sync is as follow
Odoo <=> Google/Outlook <=> vdirsyncer <=> Caldav server <=> any client
If you need more details, just ask (je parle français).

Another solution is to use a fake or compatible free/libre Outlook server (at 
least one exist).
