@Pedro: Upgrading the Odoo version inevitably leads to a period of employees adjusting to UI/workflow changes, as well as running into bugs: new Odoo releases have bugs, OpenUpgrade has bugs, ported OCA modules have bugs.. etc. Employees are not looking for this kind of instability in the ERP that they work with every day.
