Thank you Daniel, seems there's always a piece missing tho: 

- record video 
- automatically get shareable link of said video
- profit :)

To be honest we're not looking to connect in real time with the customer (anydesk or other software works ok for that), on the contrary we want to be able to have video documentation of specific flows, freely accessible with a link and easy to create/play at any time:)
