Hi, fellow contributors,

I have renamed OCA/hr-timesheet to OCA/timesheet following a discussion in OCA/sale-workflow about the convenience of putting there modules extending `sale_timesheet` modules.

As sale-workflow repository is very crowded, it's more interesting to put them on the other one, but removing the `hr` part that limit the scope of the repository (which the description of the repository was not limiting already).

This operation is backwards compatible, so you can still access, clone, pull, push through OCA/hr-timesheet name, so this is why this has been done without more burocracy.
