I am also very interested in this topic, in particular since there is not just the way "in" but also the way "out" that may be of interest ( e.g. account budgeting in "invoicing" was silently removed from odoo/odoo in v12).

I'm wondering if there is some documentation about the way OCB is maintained. I know that for the branch that still under the Odoo SA support that PR should first be proposed on the corresponding branch then on the OCB.

But I don't find info on how the work is done while a PR is merged by Odoo SA after being merged on OCB.

I didn't found anything on the OCA's github nor thru Google so I'll be grateful if anyone could point me on some explanation, doc or script.
