Need help for a POC openerp V7 connector customization

I have tried the openerp v7 connector (OpenERP version 7.0) , i would like to find out whether do u provide support or related service for a proof of concept (POC) connector module development , we need to use connector to export records from openerp v7.0 to another cloud database , for the sake of POC , we only need a simple use case , that is to let user when making any CRUD to product.category , it will trigger an Event and Delay and register a JOB , where it later get executed , we have came to the point of able to get the record to be registered but the job was not able to get executed and we also have some questions we would like to ask , so do appreciate if u can let me know whether u can provide support services. thanks.
