Could not serialize access due to concurrent update during stock pickings

Hi, I have a magento 1.9 connected to Openerp 7 with latest version
of the connector module.
For some reason, sometimes the connector does'nt download all the orders, that is, for example, if there are 3 orders like 100000001 100000002 100000003, all payed, it only download for example the first and the last, and the middle order don't download until I force the sync in shop views.
What could be the problem? How can I debbug this error?
