Hi Alexandre,

Thanks for your link. The problem was I had also installed connector_salesforce_server_environment, and I don't know how to use the server_environment properly. When I uninstalled connector_salesforce_server_environment, the properties are not read-only anymore. So now I can continue with the configuration. :-)

Does it work for you?

(sidenote: I only updated a pull request by someone else, and I'm not
familiar with the internals of the salesforce connector, or salesforce...)
